Charred Dough Pizza is one of the best pizzas you can get in Rizal! The recipe actually was made by one of the co-creators of Charred Dough Pizza, B55 Gourmet’s executive chef Angelo Miguel Santos, who trained in a Michelin-Starred restaurant in Spain. They specialize in sourdough pizza crusts. If you know sourdough, you know how much healthier and tastier it is than normal bread or crust! Not to mention they use a special sourdough pizza crust developed by a chef of such caliber!

What makes this pizza stand out from the rest? It’s that it is freshly-made, Neapolitan-style, and on top of that it’s affordable! If you haven’t tried Neapolitan-style pizza, I highly recommend you try it right away. Each pizza is flame-grilled in their pizza oven which gives it a distinct flavor and texture. It’s not burned, it’s charred!

Charred Dough Pizza has 3 each of Classic Flavors and Premium Pizza varieties. They highly recommend their Quattro Queso, this is their version of 4-cheese pizza. If you’re looking for something more fancy or unique in flavor, their best-seller Truffled Mushroom is your definite go-to.

Personally, I’d recommend their Classic Margherita. Nothing beats the classic, right? As the most simple of pizzas, I feel you’d be able to appreciate each of the flavors more with this.

Charred Dough Pizza is available for alfresco dining, park-and-dine, take-out, and delivery. They have a large parking space available, so you can actually eat in your car easily and safely. They also have their own delivery which you can order through their website which I will provide below.
