Biking has been surging in popularity, most especially due to the pandemic we’re all going through today. It has become an escape, a way to work the body and mind, which we all look for in these trying times. Everyone needs a place to stop and rest for a while. We found the perfect place which is perfect for bikers. A sanctuary located in Rizal, Tukadon Biker’s Café.
Tukadon Biker’s Café opened last year, September 2020. In the one year from their opening, Tukadon has become a mainstay name for a destination or stop for bikers. It offers great food, a place to park your bikes, a stunning view, and most importantly a place to create and have fun-filled experiences and memories.

The café itself is located in San Mateo, on top of a hill. So expect that there is going to be some work and effort in order to reach the café. However, don’t be discouraged. The view, café, and ambience that would greet you at the top are surely worth every ounce of effort!

You’ll be able to dine here al fresco. The café offers a lot of tables. Of course, we recommend dining in the rooftop area where you’ll be able to more so enjoy the view while you dine. The only downside is that, depending on the time of day, it might become too hot. Worry not though, since the ground level dining area offers a lot of natural shade and will keep you cool, plus the view is still visible!

The food and drinks served here in Tukadon are all-time favorites of Pinoys. You can’t go wrong with these. These are the perfect menu for a biker to recharge and refuel their bodies with. It really is the ultimate comfort food for us!
Here’s what we got to try:
- Kinalas Bicolano’s Mami Special
- Beef Tapa
- Lechon Kawali
- Milktea
- French Press
Among these, what we really recommend you to try is their Kinalas Bicolano’s Mami. It’s filled with Chicharron, Lechon kawali, and eggs that just fill you right up and perfect for recharging.

Tukadon Biker’s Café hosts many events such as races and having live bands, mostly on weekends. When we got to visit, they were actually hosting their Holloween Costume Bike Ride 2021. Staff and some guests were in costumes in the café. It was an interesting sight to see people ride bikes while in costumes. Overall, it was a fun-filled event and place to be in.
