Italian cuisine has got to be among the most difficult culinary arts to master in the world because of its very delicate process of cooking that requires precise handling of ingredients and technique just to make a single dish; so it’s not an exaggeration to say that it’s hard to find a restaurant that truly serves authentic Italian Cuisine here in the Philippines.

But don’t worry, you’re in luck because if you want to experience the taste of true Italian cuisine, I found the perfect place that I suggest you try out in Pasay City called “Parmigiano Ristorante Pizzeria” they serve some of the most delicious Italian dishes like Risottos and Paellas.

And of course, they also serve Pizzas and Pasta here; most notably their Pizzas, which are cooked using the traditional way, by using a brick oven, resulting in a more complex flavor and charring of the crust making it more flavorful, adding in that smokey flavor from the firewood used in the cooking process. Just look at these mouthwatering images of their Pizzas, you’ll definitely crave for some yourself!

For Pasta lovers, you can choose from the various selections on their menu, you cannot go wrong with any of these al dente dishes. Take for example their Truffle Pasta, made only with the finest ingredients with the combination of Italian cooking techniques, making the perfect savory and fulfilling meal you will ever taste. Or sometimes simple can be better too, their Spaghetti and Meatball Pasta is something you won’t want to miss either.
