Mt. Pulag is one of the highest mountain in the Philippines with highest peak of 2,928 meter and (9,606 ft.)
above sea level. This is the second most prominent mountain in the Philippines. Mount Pulag is famous for its “sea of clouds” and extra scenic view of the Milky Way galaxy at dawn which has attracted by many tourists.

Mt Pulag is a sacred place to the people in Benguet because they believe that this is a home for tinmongao spirits of the Ibaloi people and other ethnic groups. Tourist should expect to see when planning to visit the mountain and go on a hike are; sea of clouds that will truly amaze you and since Mt Pulag is located in Benguet, the weather is so cold and the temperature usually drops to 1˚celcius and you will be meeting new hikers.

The mountain is not a beginner-friendly but newbies can definitely ace with the help of trails which is Ambangeg Trail, Akiki Trail, Tawangan Trail and Ambaguio Trail. The best time to go on a hike is with your friends, family and special someone. Make sure as well to bring your hiking clothes, personal hiking gear, and group equipment like; tent, stove food and water and specially trail snacks. Hiking will take 6hrs to 2-3 days.
