Are you in town, hungry for some Japanese food? Then you’re in luck because you’re in the right place. Ready your taste buds because Kiwami Food Hall is here to serve you the genuine taste and techniques of Japanese cuisines all the way from the land of the rising sun, Japan. Interested? Then read more to find out.

Located in C3 Bonifacio High Street Central in BGC, Kiwami Food Hall aims to serve its customers the finest and most authentic Japanese cuisine experience possible by doing the same techniques and aiming for the same taste as what you would experience in Japan itself.

Famous Japanese foods like Ramen, Tonkatsu, and Yakitori, they have it all here! By perfecting the art of making these dishes, Kiwami Food Hall will let you experience the richness and the umami flavors that Japanese cuisine has to offer; a perfect example for this is their Ramen by Ippudo, their Torched Akamaru has this slow-cooked, torched chashu the melts in the mouth, plus it has this smoky flavor which perfectly complements the light broth of the ramen.

How do we know that Kiwami Food Hall really practices the same techniques used in Japan? Well, Kiwami Food Hall was formed through four Japanese masters, Yabu: The House of Katsu which perfects the art of Katsudon which is a deep-fried meat cutlet (usually pork) served on top of a bed of rice. this was developed by a Michelin Bib Gourmand starred Katsu Chef, Kazuya Takeda.

Another is Ippudo Ramen, developed with Japan’s Ramen King, Shigemi Kawahara, so you know they mean business when it comes to their Ramen game, and also with their Tempura in Hannosuke which was developed with Shinya Kaneko, Tokyo’s Iconic Tempura Tendon Chef.

And last but not the least, Hachibei which serves Yakitori which translates to grilled meat (typically chicken), which was made with Katsunori Yashima, an internationally-renowned Yakitori innovator. With all these Chef Masters under the same banner of Kiwami, I’m pretty sure you won’t be disappointed with any of their dishes.
