  9. Crescent Moon Café: Where...

What is similar between food and pottery? That’s right, they are both forms of art. The combination of visuals, texture, taste, and subjectiveness among the two is what makes them art.

At Crescent Moon Café, art meets art as food meets pottery. This café serves as a restaurant, pottery store, and art space. It has been around since 1997, and started off as a ceramic home studio and later on started serving food as well. Since then it has been a venue for many events and art exhibits.

Crescent Moon Café, as I mentioned above, serves as a pottery store and art space. They offer these in THE BAR AND ART SPACE. Guests would be able to purchase some these amazing art and pottery. The pottery and stoneware ceramics on display are made by their own Lanelle Abueva-Fernando.

For guests who want to try their hand at pottery, they may also do so in the café. Crescent Moon offers creative workshops for pottery for those willing to learn the art. This serves as an easy way for you to experience something new and learn from an expert!

The bar and art space can also be reserved for meetings and special events. For more details on this, you may message their official Facebook page which I’ll be providing down below.

The Restaurant of Crescent Moon offers both indoor dining and a new al fresco dining area for guests. We suggest you dine in the al fresco section of the restaurant. The ambience of the surrounding nature, the sound of falling water from their waterfall, and open-air is something worth experiencing.

When I said food was an art in Crescent Moon, I wasn’t lying. I mean, just look at those scrumptious food menus they serve! I assure you that it not only is visually appealing, it also is amazing taste-wise. The dishes are mainly Southeast-Asian inspired.

The café has a garden-theme which gives a very natural and relaxing ambience for guests. It is surrounded by nature as well as art murals and pieces. So you can actually take a nice walk around the café and have a breather. If you want, you can also choose to feed some Koi in their Koi Pond, another relaxing experience here in Crescent Moon Café!
