Café Katerina is a rider’s classic. Many riders come here often as a rest stop during their Tanay rides. And we know that riders know the best spots when it comes to good food, affordable prices, and great service. 

This restaurant café offers the best Filipino comfort food and beverages to refuel you before going back to the road. Whether you’re going for breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is definitely a must-try.

One of the best things, aside from the food, is the view from the restaurant. The restaurant itself is open. The tables are set right on the edges so that you can fully enjoy the view while having your meal. If you are lucky enough, and early enough, then you may just be able to see a sea of clouds encroaching the Sierra Madre Mountains.

Just a note though, since the restaurant is open, you’ll be able to enjoy the sunlight and fresh air directly. So don’t forget to bring a jacket since it can get quite cold depending on the weather!

Café Katerina has three dine-in settings you can choose from when dining with them. The first is for large groups where you can stay together in one long table. This is also by the edge, so don’t worry about missing the view!

The second setting is a lower level where small huts and tables are available. This would be better for smaller groups. You would also be able to better enjoy the view here since it is much more open. It also makes the perfect spot for your next Instagram update.

The third setting offers a cozier vibe, the CK Coffee Corner. If you only have a company of 2-3, then this is your spot! They have couches and small tables, while still offering the same amazing view, for your relaxation. Have a cup of coffee and a slice of cake while enjoying that fresh breeze of cold wind.

Filipino food is the way to go for these kinds of places! Get a taste of Filipino cuisine that just hits the right spots here in Café Katerina! Just imagine the cold weather while having a bowl of Sinigang or Bulalo. Perfect, right?

Let’s not forget this is a Café. That means, Coffee and Dessert! Cozy yourself up in their CK Coffee Corner where you can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. If you’re not a coffee fan, they also have Frappes and Teas which you can enjoy!

The cakes they offer are freshly baked as well. An all-time favorite as a coffee pairing!
