  9. Aqua Planet: The Largest...

Waterparks have been around since the mid-50s, it’s a place where you, your friends, and your family can enjoy fun activities while getting soaked in various water-themed attractions. Aqua Planet, a water park in Clark Pampanga, is considered to be one of the largest waterparks in Asia and the largest waterpark in the Philippines, with a total land size of 10 hectares. To give you perspective, 10 hectares is equivalent to roughly 19 Football fields!

Aqua Planet had its first opening on November 23, 2017, and had its formal commercial opening on February 24, 2018. Owned by BB International and Partners, Aqua Planet is located in Mabalacat, Freeport Zone, Pampanga. It costed the Filipino-Taiwanese firm, a total cost of 2.5 billion Pesos to build the water park. It was designed by Taiwanese Architects and Engineers including a professor from Harvard University, so you know that Aqua Planet truly intends to be a world-class theme park. (Manabat,2018)

With a total of 38 water slides and attractions, everyone from any age can enjoy Aqua Planet. They even have facilities that are specifically made for guests that have disabilities, now that’s what I call inclusive.

Oh, and did I forget to mention that they also have free-parking facilities as well?
